Alison's painting ‘Tidewater’ recently received an award as one of the ’32 Best in Muster’ in the Australian Watercolour Muster 2021.
The Muster is an annual, national watercolour show attracting many entries from all over the country. ‘Tidewater’ has been on exhibition in Cairns with the other awarded works; Covid permitting, the exhibition from Australia will travel to Italy in 2022 . The Australian Watercolour Muster is connected to the Fabriano exhibition network in Italy, so that Australian artists can engage with the international watercolour community.

Open Studio Weekends
Alison's studio at 21 River Parade Barwon Heads will be open to visitors on the weekend of December 4 and 5 2021, from 10am - 4pm each day. Framed and unframed paintings on paper and on canvas, as well as gift cards and prints, will be available for purchase. Relevant Covid precautions will be observed.
Studio visits can also be arranged to suit you - please make contact through this website or email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a time to call in.
Geelong Design Week in 2022 will again feature its Open Studios program, when artists on the Bellarine, including Alison, will open their studio doors and showcase their work over two weekends. Barwon Heads artists will participate on the weekend of Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th March, 10am-4pm each day. More details will be available early in 2022.
Alison’s painting ‘Low Tide at Barwon Heads’ was selected as a finalist in the Australian Watercolour Muster 2020.
A selection of Alison’s paintings is currently on display at the Starfish Bakery Café, 78 Hitchcock Ave, Barwon Heads.
